Facts About Men Mutilating Up To 310 Body Pieces In Pacet

MOJOKERTO - Mojokerto Resort Police (Polres) officer, East Java, has uncovered a mutilation case with 310 pieces of the victim's body found in the Pacet forest area, Mojokerto.

Mojokerto Police Chief AKBP Ihram Kustarto in Mojokerto, Monday, said the murder was allegedly carried out by the suspect Alvi Maulana (AM) against his girlfriend with the initialS.

"One of the reasons for the AM perpetrators to choose the Pacet area, Mojokerto, East Java as the location for the disposal of the victim's body because the location is quiet," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, September 8.

He said that in Pacet it was a mountainous area with winding roads, deep ravines, and a quiet atmosphere at night that made the suspect considered the place a safe location to eliminate traces.

Currently, his party is also waiting for forensic results to unite the pieces of the victim's body and reminded Pacet not to be used as a site for disposal of the body.

"During one year I served here, it has happened four times in the Pacet area. I make sure we will arrest all the perpetrators," he said.

He said the suspect killed BAT in Lidah Wetan's boarding house, Lakarsantri, Surabaya using a kitchen knife on Sunday (31/8) night, before throwing it at various points in the Pacet area, Mojokerto to eliminate traces.

"In order not to be heard by neighbors, the suspect mutilated the victim in the bathroom," he said.

Ihram detailed that the suspect used various tools, kitchen knives, large knives, hammers, and steel scissors for the next time the victim's body was put in a red bag and plastic bag.

He said the suspect then departed on a motorbike towards Mojokerto and stopped at two different points along Jalan Raya Pacet Batu, body parts were thrown one by one.

"The way the perpetrator threw it away while walking was carrying a bag, then thrown it and retailed it on the side of the road," he said.

He said Pacet's choice of location could not be separated from the suspect's knowledge of the area, which was notoriously quiet in the early hours of the morning, so it was unlikely that his actions would be seen by people. However, that's where the traces of crime were finally exposed.
