Students Demo In Front Of The DPR Building, Ask Council Members To Return To Their Homeland

JAKARTA - Hundreds of students from the Indonesian National Student Movement (GMNI) and Prof. University. Dr. Moestopo Jakarta held an action in front of the DPR building on Jalan Gatot Soebroto, Senayan, Jakarta.

From VOI's monitoring at 15.30 WIB, they demanded that the DPR ratify a number of stalled bills and continue the discussion of the Asset Confiscation Bill.

Students also asked council members who were abroad to immediately return to their homeland.

"Members of the council who are abroad, immediately go home," exclaimed a student who was at the same time, Monday, September 1.

Meanwhile, at 16.00 WIB, students from HMI had just docked to the DPR building, as well as influencer Andovi da Lopez.
