This was said by Foreign Minister Sugiono after attending the 2+2 RI-Australia Meeting with Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin with his asphalt of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Australia, Richard Marles and Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong.
This 2+2 meeting was held at the Australian Parliament Building, Canberra, the ninth meeting of the Foreign Minister and the Defense Minister of the two countries which was initiated since 2011.

The increase in cooperation in the field of conflict prevention in the region is also a discussion in the 2+2 meeting. The two countries agreed on the Indonesia-Australian Partnership for Peace and Stability as a joint effort to maintain regional stability.
