JAKARTA - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto appointed Supreme Court Justice Suharto as Deputy Supreme Court for Judicial Affairs at the swearing/promise ceremony that took place at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, August 25.
Suharto's appointment was based on Presidential Decree Number 71P of 2025 concerning the Dismissal with Respect the Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Court for Non-Judicial Affairs and the Appointment of Deputy Chairpersons of the Supreme Court for Judicial Affairs.
