Ahmadi Noor Supit And His Expert Staff Please Address The KPK, Want To Be Examined Regarding Corruption In The Procurement Of BJB Bank Ads

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled a summons for former member V of the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Ahmadi Noor Supit today, August 20.

He will be investigated regarding allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements for PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR).

The current call is the second time. He was about to be questioned but left in front of investigators.

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in his statement, Wednesday, August 20.

In addition, the KPK also summoned Melly Kartika Adelia, a former expert staff member of Ahmadi Noor Supit. "The KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of corruption related to the procurement of advertisements at the Development Bank of West Java and Banten Regions (BJB)," said Budi.

The KPK is known to be investigating the irregularities in the audit results at the regional bank. Acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said Ahmadi Noor Supit was one of the auditors working.

"So the person concerned used to be an auditor, he carried out an audit at Bank Jabar Banten, BJB," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 7 evening.

"The audit, the results of the audit, then we saw that there were irregularities in the audit results," he continued.

One of these irregularities is the change in findings. Ahmad Noor Supit is suspected of knowing about the change so that his statement is needed.

"That's what we are investigating whether the findings were followed up or the findings were reduced because there was something like that that we are investigating," said Asep, who is also the Director of KPK Investigation.

Previously reported, the KPK stated that it was ready to develop allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements for Bank BJB. Any information obtained by investigators will not hesitate to follow up.

Meanwhile, in the alleged corruption in advertising procurement, the KPK has named five suspects. They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Bank BJB Corporate Secretary Division Head Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controller of BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling of PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.
