Investigate Corruption Of West Lombok DPRD Pokir Funds, New Kejari Checks Kadinsos And Council Members

The Mataram District Attorney (Kejari) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) revealed that there was an investigation into the alleged corruption case in the distribution of basic funds (pokir) of the West Lombok DPRD for the 2024 fiscal year.

Head of the Intelligence Section of the Mataram Kejari Harun Al Rasyid explained that in this case there were already legislative and executive institutions undergoing examination.

"The allegation of abuse is through the social service, the main thing is that in the service, so we have only examined one council, and there was also the previous Head of Social Affairs (head of Social Service)," said Harun in Mataram, Tuesday, as quoted by Antara.

He said the West Lombok Social Service (Dinsos) in this case as a regional institution that distributes pokir funds in the form of social assistance in the form of immovable goods.

"How much is the budget and the recipients later, I have not received the complete information. What is clear is that the social assistance in 2024 is in the form of immovable goods," he said.

Furthermore, Harun emphasized that his party would release all information regarding the investigation of this case to the public in September 2024.

"September we will be clear. What is clear is that this is still an investigation, the Kadinsos has been investigated, the DPRD member is one on behalf of Ahmad Zainuri, the point is that everything is still ongoing," he said.
