Tomorrow, The Cultural Order For The 80th Anniversary Of West Java In Bandung, 390 Police Personnel Will Be Alerted

JAKARTA - The Bandung City Police (Polrestabes) has prepared traffic engineering to support the smooth running of the Cultural Order as a peak series of West Java Province's 80th Anniversary (HUT) events in Bandung City, Wednesday, August 19.

Kasatlantas Polrestabes Bandung AKBP Wahyu Pristha Utama said this activity would start at 15.00 WIB and a distance of approximately 4.2 kilometers with the route starting from the Merdeka Building to the Gedung Sate.

"The rates that will be passed are Asia Africa, ABC, Braga, Suniaraja, Viaduct, Perintis Kemerdekaan, Wastukencana, Ir Juanda, Ex Dukomsel, Diponegoro and finish at Gedung Sate," Wahyu said in Bandung, Tuesday, confiscated by Antara.

Wahyu revealed that his party together with related agencies had prepared security. The activity is planned to be attended by around 2,000 invitations, plus Forkopimda, SKPD from 27 regencies/cities, as well as representatives from the West Java Provincial Government.

"Almost 4,000 people will carry out the 2025 Cultural Order," he said.

To support this activity, he said, the Bandung Polrestabes deployed around 390 personnel, assisted by West Java Regional Police personnel.

There are three main security points in the Merdeka Building, City Hall, and Gedung Sate. Each will be led by the Kapolsek as head of security and traffic will be arranged so that the carnival runs smoothly," he said.

Wahyu appealed to the public to avoid the path that the carnival passed this afternoon so as not to get stuck in traffic.

"This is a carnival party that has been awaited by residents as a form of pride and gratitude for enlivening the West Java 80th Anniversary," he said.
