Surya Paloh PImpin The Final Respect Process For IGK Manila

JAKARTA - Chairman of the DPP NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, led the procession of final respect and burial of sports figures who are military retired and administrators in the NasDem Party, Mayjen (ret) I Gusti Kompyang (IGK) Manila.

The final and funeral honor procession was carried out at the NasDem Party State Defense Academy Hall, Pancoran, South Jakarta, at around 14:18 WIB.

"The body of the people we care about the most, we love, who have dedicated all of them to provide something very meaningful for a process of national and state education in their capacity as Governor of the State Defense Academy as well as Secretary of the High Council of the Central Leadership Council of the NasDem Party," said Surya Paloh.

Representing the big NasDem Party family, Paloh also expressed his deep condolences for the departure of IGK Manila who passed away in Jakarta on Monday morning.

"On behalf of the entire extended family of the Nasden Party, we release the bodies of our seniors, our mentors, our friend I Gusti Kompyang Manila," he said.

He said IGK Manila had left an unforgettable note for its dedication during its lifetime.

"The dedication he provides is with all sincerity, without knowing being tired, giving all the energy he has for something meaningful for the space, capacity, and responsibility that is on his shoulders," he said.

Paloh also prays for his spirit to be accepted and get the best place by the Creator's side

"And we ask for forgiveness for all shortcomings, mistakes, sins that exist in him," he said.

He added that the body of IGK Manila will be buried for two nights at the ABN NasDem Party until Wednesday (20/8) and then the body will be cremated at the Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD), Jakarta.

"On Wednesday morning around 10:00 a.m., we will officially release his body to the RSPAD Hospital for a cremation procession like what he ordered," he said.

Apart from Paloh, the funeral procession and the final tribute to the IGK Manila were also attended by the Chairman of the NasDem Party faction of the DPR RI Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, Deputy Chairman of Commission XII DPR Sugeng Suparwoto, former Minister of Environment and Forestry Siti Nurbaya, to members of Commission XIII DPR RI Ali Mazi.

In addition, it was also seen that the Secretary General of the DPP NasDem Party, Hermawi Taslim, Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Saan Mustopa, Deputy Chairperson of the MPR RI Lestari Moerdijat, Deputy Chairperson of the Legislation Body (Baleg) of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Martin Manurung.
