Azizah Salsha Reports Slander Spreader Account To Bareskrim

JAKARTA - The daughter of Gerindra politician Andre Rosiade, Azizah Salsha or Nurul Azizah Rosiade, reported social media accounts that spread slander against her to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.

"Alhamdulillah, we have made a report on the reporting to the TikTok account and the YouTube account that slandered Azizah and today has been running smoothly," said Azizah Salsha Anindya's attorney Dipo Pratama at the Police Criminal Investigation Unit building, Jakarta, Tuesday, August 12.

Dipo said the TikTok account reported by his party was @ibaratbudpitt, while the reported YouTube account was named @niceguymo.

"On that account there is a Muhammad Jannah and another Resbob (Adimas Firdaus) which has committed slander that is not necessarily true," he said.

The articles reported, he continued, are Article 45 paragraph (4) and (6) in conjunction with Article 27A of Law (UU) Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) and/or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 311 of the Criminal Code.

The report has been received by Bareskrim Polri with the number LP/B/387/VIII/2025/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.

Although the owners of the two accounts have apologized, Dipo emphasized that Azizah and his family will continue the legal process.

"This is a matter of family pride, the good name of the family. This, right? It's not good. So, tomorrow the accounts or YouTubers are even more careful about talking. You have to fight with people and then spread them on social media," he said.

Previously, on Friday (8/8), Azizah's father, Andre Rosiade, visited the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police to consult on this report.

"My son also wants to report the account, so that this is a lesson. Don't give accusations and slander," he said.

Andre regretted that there were still many irresponsible parties who threw slander at his daughter.

Therefore, he said, the family again reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police to provide a deterrent effect.

There must be learning at once. We have reported many times. Then, the reported party, the suspect has been declared, crying and apologizing or parents come to apologize. Azizah certainly forgives. (But) Once in a while someone must go to prison, so that there is a deterrent effect," he said.
