KPK Says Nikita Mirzani May Be Summoned After Reporting Allegations Of Corruption

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has the opportunity to summon Nikita Mirzani regarding the report he submitted. Requests for information from the reporter are usually a procedure that will be carried out.

This was conveyed by the KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo when asked about the follow-up to Nikita's report regarding the alleged bribery that dragged law enforcement officials.

"It can be possible, this can be possible," Budi told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, August 11.

The report, said Budi, is still at the Directorate of Public Complaints Reports (PLPM) of the KPK. The initial examination and verification will still be carried out.

In this review process, the KPK will later investigate whether the alleged corruption reported is under its authority. This procedure is carried out every time there is a report.

Budi explained that the results of this review and verification would not be published but would be submitted directly to the reporter.

"We cannot convey," he said.

"Because from the start we have closed that information. However, as a form of transparency and accountability, updates from each report will be submitted directly to the reporting party," continued Budi.

As previously reported, this report from Nikita Mirzani's side was first revealed through an upload on his Instagram account on Saturday, August 9. There is a photo of a receipt letter from the KPK with number 011/VII/2025 with 8 August 2025.

The complaint on behalf of M Fasih Huddoink Holili contains "a complaint against alleged corruption and/or should be suspected of bribery against law enforcement officials."

This step was taken by Nikita Mirzani after his request to play voice recordings at trial his case was rejected by the panel of judges.

"According to the request, just report it to @official.kpk. We have reported it, yes. Hopefully @official.kpk will immediately follow up on the case that Kaka Niki reported," wrote the account.

Nikita claimed the recording contained a conversation that proved the alleged opponents, Reza Gladys, had bribed prosecutors and judges to regulate the proceedings. The panel of judges at that time suggested that the allegation be officially reported to the competent institution.
