Rachmawati Number 1 In 'Syahganda's List', Teguh Santosa: Alhamdulillah

JAKARTA - The name of Bung Karno's daughter and the founder of Bung Karno University (UBK) Rachmawati Soekarnoputri is in first place in the list of police officers in the Joko Widodo era who were prepared by public intellectuals who are now leading the GREAT Institute Syahganda Nainggolan cs.

Overall, the list contains 178 names, and it is said that it can increase. The names of the Jokowi-era police officers were divided into six case clusters.

The first cluster is a case of alleged 212 and 313 demonstrations. The second cluster, a case of silencing activists and freedom of expression, gathering, association. The third cluster, a case of rejection of the results of the 2019 Election and rejection of Jokowi's inauguration and rejection of the 2019 KPK Law Revision.

The fourth cluster, a victim of political criminalization of the Maulid event organized by the founder and leader of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) Habib Rizieq Shihab. The fifth cluster, defense of the KM 50 incident and criticism of IKN. The KM 50 incident was the case of the death of six Rizieq Shihab bodyguards at KM 50 of the Cikampek toll road. And the sixth cluster, cases of communism rejection and radical accusations.

The initiator of the list that is widely known as the 'Syahganda's List' is the 'Syahganda's List'. Apart from Syahganda, the former police officers involved in the preparation of the 'Syahganda's List' are Eko Suryo Santjojo, Hatta Taliwang, M Jumhur Hidayat, Edi Mulyadi, Munarman, Jalih Pitoeng, and Zaenuddin Arsyad.

According to Syahganda, the list of police officers in the Jokowi era was asked by the Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Prof. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad to be proposed in order to obtain amnesty, abolition, and rehabilitation which are the authority of the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

The event of granting amnesty, abolition, and rehabilitation to police officers, especially in the Jokowi era, circulated shortly after Prabowo Subianto was inaugurated as President. This discourse re-emerged after Prabowo granted amnesty or amnesty to Tom Lembong who was involved in a corruption case of sugar imports, and gave an abolition or termination of the legal process to PDIP Secretary General Hasto Krisiyanto who was suspected of being involved in the bribery and disappearance case of Harun Masiku.

Responding to the 'Shadganda's List', the former Deputy Chancellor of UBK and spokesman for Rachmawati Soekarnoputri expressed her gratitude, thank God. He said that Rachmawati's good name should be rehabilitated. The treason charges addressed to Rachmawati were never proven.

"Alhamdulillah, it is appropriate for Mbak Rachma's good name to be rehabilitated and his honor restored. The charges of treason have never been proven, have never been tried. The case just disappeared and evaporated at the investigation level. Never until prosecution, let alone trial. Meanwhile, his status as a suspect in a treason case continues to be attached until now, "said Teguh Santosa, who accompanied Rachma from 2000 until Rachma died in 2021.

Rachmawati was arrested by the police on Friday morning, December 2, 2016, at her residence on Jalan Jatipadang Raya, South Jakarta. Together with her husband, Benny Soemarno, who has also died, Rachma who was in a wheelchair was taken to Mako Brimob Kelapa Dua, Depok, West Java.

After being questioned as a suspect in the treason case, Rachma was released at night. Furthermore, the examination of Rachma was carried out several times at his residence. Together with the legal team, Teguh accompanied Rachma at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters Kelapa Dua.

"Because Mbak Rachma was difficult to walk and attended an examination at the police station, it was agreed that his examination would be carried out at the residence," said Teguh.

Like the 'Toppol-Napol 2014-2024 Brother' group that compiled the 'Syahganda's List', Teguh hoped that Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad could communicate it with President Prabowo Subianto.
