The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights Of South Kalimantan Inaugurates PPNS To Strengthen Law Enforcement In Special Fields

BANJARMASIN - Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law (Kemenkum) of South Kalimantan (Kalsel) Alex Cosmas Pinem inaugurated seven civil servant investigators (PPNS) from various regional agencies in an effort to strengthen law enforcement in the special field under the authority of the agency.

"The importance of the role of PPNS as the spearhead of law enforcement by regional apparatus agencies," said Alex in Banjarmasin, Saturday.

He reminded that the position of PPNS is not only an honor, but also an obligation to provide fair and professional services for the community and the state.

"I hope that the newly appointed PPNS can carry out this mandate with full responsibility and integrity," he said.

He emphasized that the existence of PPNS reflects the real synergy between government agencies and law enforcement officials in maintaining legal order in the regions.

He hopes that the administrative investigation process will be more orderly and accountable in accordance with the corridors of laws and regulations.

Alex stated the commitment of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Kalimantan to continue to foster and facilitate regional agencies in strengthening the function of administrative investigation in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

The seven PPNS who were inaugurated came from various strategic agencies, including the Civil Service Police Unit and the Transportation Service in several districts.

They are Reza Syahrian from the Satpol PP and the Tanah Laut Regency Fire Department, Muhammad Noor from the Barito Kuala Regency Satpol PP, Nyoman from the Barito Kuala Regency Satpol PP, Muhammad Rasyid from the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Transportation Service.

Then Muhammad Kasyaf and Herry Ariyanto from the Banjar Regency Transportation Service and Oma Era Ma'moon from the Satpol PP and the South Hulu Sungai Regency Fire Department.
