Senior Golkar Politicians Beware Of Munaslub Issues: Some Want To Damage Solidity

JAKARTA - Senior Golkar Party politician Nurdin Halid said that the issue of the Extraordinary National Conference (Munaslub) that hit his party recently had to be watched out for by all banyan cadres.

Because according to him, this issue was deliberately raised by parties who wanted to damage the solidity and reputation of the Golkar Party for certain purposes.

"This must be watched out for. Because there are also people who do have an agenda to destroy Golkar solids. This kind of movement is certainly very dangerous for the party," said Nurdin Halid in his statement to reporters, Tuesday, August 5.

Nurdin also reminded that baseless provocation efforts, especially those related to strategic political institutions such as Golkar, could lead to serious consequences.

"Be careful, don't let evil intentions turn to harm yourself. Golkar will not allow this weakening effort to continue," continued the Deputy Chairman of Commission VI of the DPR RI.

Nurdin emphasized that the issue of Golkar Munaslub was only fake news or hoaxes. Because he said, there was no reason for the party bearing the banyan symbol to hold a Munaslub to replace the general chairman.

"The issue of the Munaslub was developed by frustrated people who tried to look around to achieve power," said Nurdin.

Previously, the Munaslub issue had been answered by the Head of Bahlil Lahadalia. Bahlil denied that the so-called unclear source was the issue.

"This is, cook, want to be trusted by news that has no source, piye toh (how about it)," said Bahlil after attending the Regional Conference (Musda) XI of the South Kalimantan Golkar Party (Kalsel), Sunday, August 3.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Golkar DPP, Nusron Wahid, emphasized that until now there has been no discussion about the munaslub in Golkar or in the Palace environment. Nusron was previously predicted to be a candidate for the Ketum to replace Bahlil.

"First, I don't know anything about the issue. Second, until today there has never been a conversation in the Palace environment with me or with other parties within the Golkar Party who talked about the Munaslub," said Nusron at the same Musda event as Bahlil.
