"In the 2024-2025 period, an organized criminal group systematically misused funds allocated by local governments for defense needs," the National Anti-Corruption Bureau said in a statement.
Ukraine's total military drone bribery reaches about 30% of the contract value.
The drone's contract is worth $240,000 with an inflation of around $80,000, the bureau said.
