The police have officially detained a lecturer with the initials RP (45) who is suspected of molesting a female passenger on the KMP Moinit ferry who was sailing in the waters of the Pagimana Sea, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi.
"We detained the perpetrator after sufficient preliminary evidence," said Head of the Banggai Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Tio Tondy in Luwuk in his statement, Monday, August 4.
