The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is examining four witnesses regarding the alleged corruption of the PT Pertamina (Persero) public fuel station digitization project (SPBU). One of them, Dian Rachmawan as the former Director of Enterprise & Business Service PT Telkom in 2017-2019.

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in a written statement, Monday, August 4.

Apart from Dian, the KPK also summoned Irma Dilarama as Executive Account Manager of PT Telkom (Persero) in 2018; M Amperandus Simanjuntak as EGM Planning and Development of PT Telkom; and Johannes Filandow as Commissioner of PT Smartweb Indonesia Kreasi. Budi has not yet detailed the matter of the examination.

"KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of being TPK related to the PT Pertamina (Persero) gas station digitization project for the 2018-2023 period," said Budi.

The anti-corruption commission continues to examine PT Telkom in this case. Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu said this state-owned company was in charge of the digitalization process

"The owner of the Pertamina project, who held it was Telkom. The IT expert is from Telkom, that's it," he told reporters quoted today.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named but have not been officially announced.

From the information gathered, the three suspects are DR and W from PT Telkom and E as Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.

The three suspects are suspected of causing losses to the state. This is because it is suspected that there was too much to pay for in the project which began when Pertamina imposed a policy of using the quick response (QR) code for customers who bought subsidized fuel oil (BBM).
