JAKARTA - Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Minister (P2MI), Abdul Kadir Karding, expressed concern and appeal to all Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Japan, following an 8.7 magnitude earthquake that occurred in Kamchatka, Russia, Tuesday, July 30.
