The police said that Arya Daru Pangayunan was on the 12th floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemlu) building. There, the young diplomat seemed to lift his body beyond the guardrail like he was about to jump.

Arya Daru Pangayunan was caught on CCTV cameras on the top floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on July 7 for 1 hour 26 minutes.

"There were times before the victim tried to raise her body higher than the fence," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra, to reporters, Tuesday, July 29.

Arya Daru's actions seemed to be being caught on CCTV cameras. Based on the footage, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomat was seen two times raising his body higher than the fence.

It is known that the fence on the 12th floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building is 150 centimeters high.

"The first trial reached the armpit limit in the left corner," he said

Meanwhile, in the second try, Arya Daru Pangayunan, raised his body higher than the first attempt.

Both actions seemed to show signs that Arya Daru was about to jump from the 12th floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building.

"Then on the other side, I'm sorry, it's almost over the navel. It's all recorded," said Wira.

As previously reported, Arya Daru Pangayunan was on the rooftop of his office the day before being found dead in his boarding house. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs diplomat spent 1 hour 26 minutes on the building's highest floor.

"It is suspected that July 7, 2025, hours 21.43 to 23.09 or about 1 hour 26 minutes. It is suspected that the victim was on the roof of the 12th floor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi.

In addition, investigators also found out that Arya Daru Pangayunan was carrying a carrying bag and shopping bag when he climbed to the building's highest floor. However, it was abandoned when the Foreign Ministry diplomat got off.

"Then when the victim got off, the victim was no longer carrying a bag and shopping bag," said Ade.

Arya Daru Pangayunan was found dead in the 'Gues House Gondia' in the 105th room, Jalan Gondangdia Kecil, No 22, Cikini Village, Menteng District, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 8.

When found, the body of Arya Daru Pangayunan was covered in plastic and duct tape in yellow.

Based on the results of the investigation, the police concluded that there was no involvement of other parties or criminal elements in the series of deaths of Arya Daru Pangayunan.
