JAKARTA - Thugs with wild jukir mode in the HI Roundabout area, Central Jakarta, which went viral on social media were finally arrested by the Central Jakarta Satpol PP on Friday, July 25, 2025, early in the morning.

"Preman parking liar in the HI Roundabout area has been arrested by Satpol PP," said Head of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., Wildan Anwar when confirmed.

The perpetrator is known as Anto Sinaga (36), a resident of Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. The perpetrator was arrested and taken to the Bina Insan Bangun Daya 1 Social Institution.

The man from Medan does not have a permanent job because he only graduated from junior high school.

"Arrested on Friday at around 01.45 WIB," he said.

However, Wildan was reluctant to explain the chronology of the arrest of the illegal jukir perpetrator.

"Please contact the Head of Satpol PP JP," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Central Jakarta Satpol PP, Tumbur Parluhutan Purba, has not responded when confirmed by VOI.

Previously, it was reported that thuggery in the mode of illegal parking attendants (jukir) was again rampant in the HI Roundabout area, Menteng, Central Jakarta. They often act at night.

Even the perpetrators are not half-hearted when in action, they often ask for parking fees of Rp. 10 thousand motorcyclists.

This incident was revealed after one of the female motorists was about to park, but the thugs had asked for a parking fee of Rp. 10 thousand.

"He asked for parking money, we just asked for parking money because he wanted to go home. So he asked for parking money. We mean it's okay to pay for parking but take care of it first, we just got off the motorbike, not wearing a helmet," said the female motorcyclist in the video. , Thursday, July 24, 2025.

The perpetrator asked for Rp10 thousand for illegal parking fees first to the motorcyclist because he wanted to go home. This made the motorists furious until they finally recorded and insulted the perpetrators' actions.
