The Sky Of The Republic Of Indonesia Is Housing Again! BMKG Reveals Areas Threatened With Rain Today

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the majority of Indonesia's territory will generally be shrouded in clouds on Friday, July 25.

BMKG forecaster Rira A. Damanik explained that the potential for thick clouds is found in Banda Aceh, as well as the potential for light rain in the areas of Medan, Pekanbaru, Padang, and Tanjung Pinang.

"Still in the Sumatra region, there is the potential for light rain in the Jambi, Bengkulu, Palembang, and Pangkalpinang areas, as well as being aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning in the Bandarlampung area," said Rira, quoted by ANTARA.

Then in Java, Rira revealed that there is the potential for sunny cloudy weather in the Jakarta and Surabaya areas, the potential for thick cloudyness in the Bandung area, as well as the potential for light rain in the Serang, Semarang, and Yogyakarta areas.

Meanwhile, for the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions, he continued, there is the potential for cloudy skies in the Kupang area, the potential for thick clouds in the Mataram area, and there is also the potential for light rain in the Denpasar area.

"Starting to the Kalimantan region, there is the potential for thick cloudyness in the Pontianak area, the potential for light rain in the Samarinda, Palangkaraya, and Banjarmasin areas, as well as the potential for moderate rain in the Tanjung Selor area," he explained.

Then in the Sulawesi area, explained Rira, there is the potential for cloudyness in the Makassar area, thick clouds in the Gorontalo and Manado areas, the potential for running air is in Kendari, and the potential for light rain in Palu and Mamuju.

Meanwhile, in eastern Indonesia, there is the potential for thick cloudyness in Ternate, Ambon, Sorong, Manokwari, and Nabire, the potential for air to escape is in Merauke, to the potential for light rain in Jayapura and Jayawijaya.
