Jakarta's PPSU Recruitment Will Be Announced, Pramono: Not Everyone Can Be Accepted

JAKARTA - Selection of admissions for DKI Jakarta infrastructure and public facilities (PPSU) officers will be announced in the next few days. DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung asked residents to understand that not all applicants can be accepted for work.

"Indeed, now there must be protests, not everyone can be accepted at PPSU," said Pramono at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Thursday, July 24.

Moreover, the final selection process for PPSU in each village is handled by each mayor. After that, the mayor reported the results of the recruitment to Pramono.

Thus, Pramono hopes that residents will not prejudice and assess that PPSU's selection is not transparent.

What was not received by complaints and so on, conveyed that it was not transparent. Even though this is not final, it is not at my place. But the most important thing is, this one will be made transparent," he explained.

For information, from Monday, June 23 to Thursday, June 26, the PPSU registration process in DKI Jakarta was officially opened with a total of 1,023 people for 239 urban villages. Delivery of application letters to other stages is immediately carried out in each village office.

After registration, an administrative test was carried out on 27-30 June 2025, followed by a technical test on 30 June-11 July 2025, and the final announcement of anyone received as PPSU on 31 July 2025.

For the record, other technical and administrative requirements can be seen in the official announcement of the opening of PPSU vacancies issued in each kelurahan. Application files are also submitted directly to the intended kelurahan office.

The general requirements for PPSU in Jakarta are:

- prioritized for DKI Jakarta ID cards

- a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 56 years 0 months 0 days on 1 August 2025

- have a diploma at least elementary / equivalent, and are able to read and write
