West Jakarta Metro Police Asked To Be Serious And Professional In Handling Fraud Cases In BPJS Cengkareng Fund Disbursement Mode

JAKARTA - The victim of a fraudulent disbursement of JHT BPJS funds named Esah (60) hopes to get his rights back, because the JHT BPJS funds are the result of his hard work during his work from 1998-2024.

"My grandmother hopes that she can get her rights back, because it is the result of her hard work working from 1998-2024," said Fery, the grandson of the victim Esah when confirmed, Wednesday, July 23, 2025.

Fery said the victim had made a fraud report allegedly carried out by the BPJS employee to the West Jakarta Metro Police since 2024, but until now there has not been a bright spot.

Fery hopes that law enforcement officials, especially the West Jakarta Metro Police, can arrest the perpetrators of the fraud.

"My hope is that I personally only want all the perpetrators to be caught, because I believe that the perpetrators are not only 1-2 people, but more than 2 people," he said.

Even Fery suspects that there is a network in the fraud syndicate mode of disbursing BPJS funds.

"Because there are many irregularities and several parties that I suspect, starting from the company where my grandmother works to the Cilandak branch of BPJS," he regretted.

Previously, an elderly woman named Esah (60), a resident of Kalideres District, West Jakarta, became a victim of fraud while disbursing BPJS at the BPJS Taman Palem Office, West Jakarta on Monday, July 8, 2024.

The victim also reported the incident to the West Jakarta Metro Police in 2024 last year. However, until Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the victim's family had not yet received a clear spot on the fraud case.
