JAKARTA - The National Food Agency (Bapanas) noted that the consumer-level price of red cayenne pepper reached IDR 58,074 per kilogram (kg) compared to the previous IDR 66,435 per kg, while shallots were IDR 44,070 per kg, down from the previous IDR 46,101 per kg.

Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Sunday at 07.42 WIB, other food prices at the retail level nationally, premium rice at a price of Rp. 15,798 per kg decreased from the previous Rp. 16,096 per kg.

Then, medium rice at a price of Rp. 13,856 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp. 14,379 per kg, Stability of Food Price Supply (SPHP) rice of Rp. 12,469 per kg decreased slightly from the previous Rp. 12,509 per kg.

The corn commodity of Tk breeders was recorded at Rp5,393 per kg, a slight decrease from the previous Rp6,269 per kg; soybeans (imports) at a price of Rp10,423 per kg decreased from the previous Rp10,873 per kg.

Next, garlic at a price of Rp36,716 per kg decreased from the previous day of Rp39,204 per kg.

Furthermore, the curly red chili commodity at a price of Rp40,788 per kg decreased from the previous Rp45,666 per kg; then large red chili at a price of Rp40,634 per kg decreased from the previous Rp44,552 per kg.
