Central Java Police Prepare Seven Parking Areas For President Prabowo's Visit To Klaten

In order to support the implementation of the Working Visit of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto in Klaten in commemoration of National Cooperative Day (Harkopnas) and launching of the Red and White Village Cooperative, the Central Java Police have prepared seven large parking bags spread across various points.

These locations are intended for group vehicles from former residential areas (Ekswil) who will attend the national event.

Each parking bag has been adjusted to the needs of each region and will be occupied after the bus drops off the group at the intersection of 3 Wonosari Police. This step is part of integrated traffic management to avoid congestion and ensure the smooth running of the event which will be held tomorrow, Monday, July 21, 2025.

"We have mapped the needs of each region so that there is no accumulation of vehicles at one point. This parking bag system is adjusted to the group drop-off point and the RI 1 maneuver and other VVIP guests," explained the Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol Artanto, on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

The locations used include Mojok Juwiring Field for the Kedu Exwil group, Juwiring Akbar Field for Pati Exwil, and Ngreden Blue Warehouse for Pekalongan Exwil. A group from Semarang Ekswil was prepared for 2 parking locations, namely Ngreden Village Field and Moon Area Rest.

Meanwhile, Merdeka Delanggu Square was prepared as a parking location for a group from the Banyumas Exwil, and the Delanggu Sub Terminal was determined to accommodate arrivals from the Surakarta Exwil.

Regarding the flow diversion, Kombes Pol Artanto said that the affected roads were Jalan Raya Simpang Pakis Delanggu to Simpang Daleman Sukoharjo. Road users are advised to use alternative routes that have been prepared and follow the instructions of officers in the field to avoid traffic congestion during preparations to carry out activities.

"For three-axis vehicles or more from the Klaten direction leading to Sukoharjo, they will be diverted to the Sukoharjo Kartasura Line. For two-axis vehicles (small vehicles) they will be diverted to the DelangguJlobokDaleman route."

"From the opposite direction, large vehicles from the direction of Sukoharjo to Klaten will be directed to the Sukoharjo 'Baki' Tugu Lilin' Cardasura route.
