President Prabowo Arrives In Indonesia, Excited To Tell About Diplomacy Results In A Number Of Countries

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto arrived in the country on Wednesday, July 16 after 15 days of diplomacy to a number of countries and attended international forums.

President Prabowo Subianto began his official visit to Saudi Arabia and met with the Crown Prince who is also the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (MBS).

The meeting resulted in Saudi Arabia's desire to increase investment in Indonesia. One of the results of the meeting was the 'green light' for the Hajj Village project. President Prabowo Subianto also attended the BRICS Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In the forum, Indonesia was officially present for the first time as a member of BRICS. Meanwhile, Prabowo met with Brazilian President Luiz In laycio Lula da Silva, and discussed increasing trade between the two countries.

From Brazil, the President continued his working visit to Brussels, Belgium and met with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. Through this meeting, an agreement was reached regarding the CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement).

Prabowo also had the opportunity to hold informal meetings with a number of officials in the UK to discuss global issues such as Gaza and Ukraine. Then, during a visit in Paris, Prabowo attended Bastille Day and made history as the first President of the Republic of Indonesia to be a guest of honor at the ceremony to commemorate French National Day.

After that, President Prabowo discussed intensively with President Emmanuel Macron regarding strategic cooperation in the field of defense and economics.
