Previously reported, the KPK named four suspects for alleged corruption in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero).
They are former President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Ira Puspadewi; former Director of Planning and Development, Harry MAC; and former Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Muhammad Yusuf Hadi; and Adjie as the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara.
Ira, Harry, and Yusuf Hadi have now been tried at the Jakarta Corruption Court. They were charged with causing state financial losses of Rp. 1,253,431,651,169 or Rp. 1.25 trillion.
Prosecutors said there were a number of modes of corruption carried out by the three, such as changing the board of directors' decree. Thus, the implementation of business cooperation between PT ASDP and PT Jembatan Nusantara is easy to implement.
