There Is A Will Letter Beside The Baby Who Was Thrown Away By His Parents In Cakung

JAKARTA - The discovery of a baby boy in front of a resident's house in RT 06/05, Ujung Krawang, Pulogebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta, left a trace in the form of a 'can' letter on the side of the baby. Ironically, the will contains a special message for the owner of the house where the baby was abandoned.

Allegedly, the parents who neglected the baby alive are local residents. Because, in a letter it is written the name of the owner of the house.

"Just a letter. It reads, 'Pak Haji Tohir left the child temporarily, I'll take it again later," said Haji Tohir, repeating the writing in the will, Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

The baby's parent also knows the name of the owner of the house. In the writing of the will, the baby's parents left the baby temporarily to the owner of the house and the baby would be taken again.

"Pak Haji Tohir has entrusted the child temporarily, I'll take it again. Don't leave it in an orphanage," he added.

However, for fear of unwanted things happening to the poor baby, the owner of the house reported it to the local RT management.

In addition, according to Haji Tohir, no local residents were seen pregnant before this baby was placed in front of his door.

"No one is pregnant here (residents around Ujung Krawang)," he said.

East Jakarta Social Sub-Department TRC P3S officer Kurniawan confirmed that during the evacuation of the baby, there was also a will left by the baby's parents.

"There was a piece of paper next to the baby that said the person was entrusting a temporary baby to the owner of the house. But the owner of the house was worried because he didn't know him either. It was a can, there was no writer's identity either. Apart from letters, there were milk and diapers (beside the baby)," he said.

Previously, it was reported that residents of RT 06/05, Ujung Krawang, Pulogebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta were shocked by the sound of a baby crying that occurred on Monday night, July 14, 2025.

The sound of the cry initially came from in front of the door of the house of a resident named Haji Tohir.
