A Total Of 30 Illegal Buildings In Pinangsia Village Were Demolished

The head of Pinangsia Village, Tarcisius Iwan, is aggressively dismantling illegal buildings that stand on land for local government assets and social-fasum facilities in his area.

A total of 30 buildings on Jalan Pangeran Jayakarta RW 04, Pinangsia Village, Tamansari District, were successfully demolished because they were standing on the regional government's assets covering an area of approximately 1,400 square meters. A total of 30 buildings, said Lurah Iwan, have been established since 30 years ago.

In addition, Pinangsia Village has also dismantled illegal stalls and RW posts which stand around SMKN 11 Jakarta on Jalan Pinangsia RW 05. The illegal stalls and RW posts stand on sidewalks and waterways in the vicinity of SMKN 11 Jakarta.

"The demolition around SMKN 11 Jakarta is a request from the school regarding the school's assessment competition. So, the school wrote to the Kelurahan and Satpol PP," said Lurah Iwan, who is highly respected by his citizens.

So that the local government's assets are no longer used by irresponsible people, Pinangsia Village together with Tamansari District carry out regional arrangements by building parks, so that they are beneficial for residents and the environment.

"Until now, the asset land has been built into a park for regional arrangement," said Lurah Iwan.

The hard work of Pinangsia Village, Tamansari District and its stakeholders to organize their area into beautiful, clean and neat, has received support from residents and environmental administrators.

Sartono, one of his residents, said that the Pinangsia Village Head was very cooperative with every citizen's complaint and always tried to work cleanly without extortion.

"There is an issue about extortion, it's a hoax and the source of the issue is not clear. There are also those who raise the issue that the Lurah often takes advantage of PPSU, that is also a cheap issue and cannot be accounted for by the information. There are also those who say that the Lurah is arrogant and does not synergize with the Head of the RW, that is also not clear the source of the issue. As far as we know as residents of Pinangsia Village, our village head is very concerned about the residents. Even if there are regional administrators who do not like the performance of Lurah Iwan for regional arrangement, it means that there is something wrong with the regional administrators," said Sartono.
