SAR Team Evacuates 7 Landslide Victims In Parigi Moutong

The SAR team brought a body bag containing the body of one of the landslide victims in Tirtanagaya Village, Parigi Moutong Regency/ANTARA/HO-Kansar Palu

The joint SAR team managed to evacuate seven bodies of landslide victims in the Talenga Mountains, Tirtanagaya Village, Parigi Moutong Regency, Central Sulawesi (Sulteng).

"All the bodies have been successfully evacuated thanks to the cooperation of the parties involved," said Head of the Palu SAR Office, Muh Rizal, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 26.

He explained that the last four bodies were successfully evacuated from the landslide material on Wednesday (25/6) with the victim on behalf of Subran (52).

Then the team found another victim named Riska Jumi (26).

"The search continued until 16.15 WITA, the last two bodies on behalf of Safrudin E Manjalai (36) male and Rapi (14) male were found," he said.

He said the two bodies found recently were successfully evacuated to the main SAR post on Thursday (26/6) morning, due to heavy rains at the scene from Wednesday afternoon until evening.
