Foreigners Who Survived Shootings In Badung Improved, Police Immediately Conduct Examination

BADUNG - The condition of Sanar Ghanim, a survivor in the shooting case that killed a foreign national (WNA) from Australia in Badung, Bali, is reportedly starting to improve. Sanar is scheduled to undergo an examination by Badung Police investigators.

Badung Police Chief AKBP M Arif Batubara said the examination of Sanar Ghanim would be carried out before being confronted with three suspects who had been arrested in the shooting case at Villa Casa Santisya, which took place on Saturday, June 14.

"Today's plan will be met, but we will examine Sanar Ghanim first because his condition has started to improve. This examination is at the request of the consulate and its lawyers," said Arif Batubara, Tuesday, June 24.

Sanar Ghanim suffered a number of gunshot wounds in the brutal act. His colleague, Zivan Radmanovic, died from gunshot wounds suffered. Both are foreign nationals who were victims of the bloody incident.

Investigators will ask for complete information from Sanar Ghanim regarding the chronology of the incident and the involvement of the three suspects who have now been detained at the Badung Police Headquarters. The three suspects are Darscy Francesco Jenson, Tupau Pasa Midolmore, and Coskun Mevlut.

This examination is an important part in developing an investigation into a shooting case that has attracted public attention. The legal process for this case is still ongoing and supported by the Bali Police.
