BLORA The Blora Regency Government, Central Java, recorded that 21,630 participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) experienced inactivity after data migration from the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) to the National Sole Social Economic Data (DTSEN).
Head of the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A) Blora, Luluk Kusuma Agung Ariadi, explained that based on data as of March 2025 there were 374,877 Blora residents registered as active JKN participants.
However, after updating the data to DTSEN, the number of active participants decreased significantly due to the deactivation of participation.
"This deactivation is a follow-up to the Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs Number 80 of 2025 and part of the dynamic system migration process, where data can change at any time for various reasons such as death, birth, or movement of domicile," he said in Blora, Antara, Sunday, July 15.
Luluk emphasized that these data changes also have the potential to cause inclusion errors (acceptors of inappropriate assistance) and exclusion errors (residents who are entitled to be missed). Therefore, his party urges the public to actively monitor and update data through the Social Assistance Check application, which allows the proposal for new data and rebuttals to data deemed inappropriate.
"For residents who experience deactivation of BPJS Health membership and need urgent health services, we are ready to provide assistance. But it needs to be understood, the data is managed by the central system so that we do not have direct access to the inactive participant data," explained Luluk.
Currently, the total number of Blora residents recorded in the DTKS of the Ministry of Social Affairs has reached 443,803 people. Of that number, 374,877 people became recipients of JKN Contribution Recipient Assistance (PBI), 65,017 people received Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), and 40,502 recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH).
"DTKS is not only for the extreme poor, but also for vulnerable poor and low-income people who are targeted by the social assistance program. In one family head, they can get PKH and PBI," he added.

Luluk also appealed to residents who have internet access to register with DTKS independently by uploading data, which will then be verified by local officials.
Coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs continues so that data collection and distribution of aid runs more on target.
