The CIREBON waste bank program managed by the Environment Agency (DLH) of Cirebon City, West Java, is said to have succeeded in reducing the emergence of waste up to 20 tons per day.

Yuni explained that the total waste production in Cirebon City every day is in the range of 150250 tons. The volume of waste even tends to increase on weekends, and is all dumped to the Luhur Coffee Final Disposal Site (TPA) the only TPA in the city.
