Kasatops Armuzna Make Sure There Are No Indonesian Pilgrims Left In Mina

JAKARTA - Head of the Arafah Operations Unit, Muzdalifah and Mina (Kasatops Armuzna) Harun Ar-Rasyid confirmed that all Indonesian pilgrims had left tents in Mina on the last day of the mabit (staying) on 13 Dzulhijah 1446 Hijriah.

"Starting at 07.00 Saudi Arabia time, we will carry out the driving of the congregation from Mina to Makkah," said Harun after conducting a sweep of the tents in Mina, Monday, June 9.

Harun explained that after the driving process was complete, the Hajj officers conducted a thorough sweep since 15.30 local time in all sector tents, including ad-hoc 1 to 8 and markaz-markaz under the sharia.

During the search, one Hajj participant was found left in the tent. The person was immediately handed over to the Indonesian Hajj Mission team in Mina, then directed to Misfalah to be taken to Makkah.

In addition, the team also found a number of items belonging to the congregation who were left behind. The items were secured and collected at the Makkah Working Area (Danner) office, before being handed over to each sector in Makkah.

"At 16.00 Saudi Arabia time, we declared that all Indonesian pilgrims' tents in Mina were empty. No more worshipers were left behind. We make sure it's clear," said Harun.

The team then continued the sweep to the congregation area of the upper floor, starting from Post 1 to Post 5, including the location of the jumrah.

"Alhamdulillah, at 16.30 local time we make sure the upper floor congregation is also clean from Indonesian pilgrims. All worshipers have been pushed to their respective hotels in Makkah," he said.
