Gibran Asks For The Vice President's Report Program Not To Stop, Continue To Be Enhanced

Vice President Gibran Rakabuming asked the Vice President's Lapor Mas program not to stop at the place, but to continue to be refined so that the bureaucracy becomes faster, more accurate, and adaptive in dealing with the dynamics of the community.

Acting Secretary of the Vice President, Al Muktabar, conveyed this through the Secretariat of the Vice President, Monday 9 June. He said, "Mr. Vice President asks that this program is not stagnant, but continues to be improved from time to time. Improvement of systems and procedures is very important so that the bureaucracy can respond more quickly, be more accurate in handling, and be more adaptive to the dynamics of the community."

Since its launch on November 11, 2024, Lapor Mas Vice President has followed up on 7,590 reports from the public covering various sectors, including education, finance, land, and social assistance. Several cases have been resolved, while others are still in the process of verifying or waiting for documents to be completed.

Al Muktabar also mentioned that most reports, around 72.05 percent, were submitted through the WhatsApp channel because people chose easy access and could be accessed at any time. Meanwhile, 27.95 percent of other reports were submitted directly through the face-to-face channel after the reporter registered on the official website of themaswapres.id report.

Although this program shows positive results, the implementation of the Vice President's Report still needs to be improved, especially in terms of coordination between institutions. Report handling involves collaboration between the Secretariat of the Vice President and related agencies, such as the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, Financial Services Authority, Ministry of Social Affairs, and the DKI Jakarta Education Office, while still upholding accountability and sensitivity to the reporter.

Vice President Gibran encouraged the governance of public reports through the Vice President's Report to continue to be perfected. This program is part of Asta Cita Pemerintahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto to realize good governance (good governance) and good corporate governance through responsive and inclusive public services.
