4 Singaporean Tourist Luxury Cars Parking Carelessly In Thailand Fined To Reach IDR 500 Million

JAKARTA - The owner of four sports cars registered in Singapore that parked illegally in Phuket, Thailand, was fined 500-1,000 baht each or around Rp250-500 million.

The Phuket News reported that of the four luxury cars, one of them contained a sticker that read "GTR Owners Club Singapore".

The four luxury cars are in a no-parking zone in Thailand marked by red and white lines.

According to Thailand Thaiger, the residents recorded the four cars outside the luxury restaurant in Phuket and went viral on the social media platform Line and Facebook page.

Many Thai netizens reacted angrily to the barbarity of luxury Singapore cars parked carelessly in Phuket. Many of them encourage officers to react.

Based on a report from Khaood via Asia One, officers from the Phuket City Police Station then responded by clamping the vehicle and giving fines to their respective owners who were believed to be tourists.

The owners were then ordered to move their vehicles to prevent traffic jams.
