Commemoration Of The Birthday Of Pancasila, Moments To Strengthen The National Luhur Value

TANJUNG SELOR - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Zainal Arifin Paliwang, became the inspector of the ceremony at the Commemoration of the Birthday of Pancasila held at Agathhis Field.

In his mandate, Governor Zainal read out the official speech of the Head of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP RI) Prof Yudian Wahyudi.

Governor Zainal emphasized the importance of unity, by following the precepts contained in Pancasila, all of which contain principles that guide national development.

"In the context of national development, the government has set the ideals as 8 priority agendas towards Indonesia Gold. One of the most fundamental in the ideals is strengthening the ideology of Pancasila, democracy and human rights," said the Governor, Monday, June 2.

According to Governor Zainal, progress without ideological direction will be easily shaky. In today's era of digitalization and globalization, challenges to Pancasila have also become increasingly real, such as the spread of extremism, radicalism, intolerance, and disinformation.

"Through the asta, we are called to revitalize the value of Pancasila in all dimensions of life, ranging from education, bureaucracy, economy, to digital spaces," he explained.

He explained, through BPIP as an institution tasked with fostering and strengthening the Pancasila ideology, he continued to be committed to presenting various strategic programs.

Governor Zainal said that this task cannot be carried out alone, but it needs to involve all elements, from the government to the regions, officials to the community, religious leaders to youth, who have an important role in becoming the main actors in the elimination of Pancasila.

"Let's make Pancasila's birthday not just ceremonial but a moment to strengthen our commitment to the noble values of the nation. Make every step, every policy, every word and action of our actions as a reflection of the spirit of Pancasila," said Governor Zainal.
