"Ukraine and all allies are ready for an unconditionally complete ceasefire on land, air, and sea for at least 30 days starting this Monday. If Russia agrees and effective monitoring is ensured, a long-lasting ceasefire and confidence-building measures could pave the way for peace negotiations," Sybiha wrote in a post that immediately caught the world's attention.
