"The drafting of the RTRW Regional Regulation is a strategic document that is the basis for integrated, directed, and sustainable regional spatial planning," said Deputy Governor Ingkong.

"This TRRW is a guideline for cross-sectoral and inter-regional development, as well as ensuring integrated development with environmental conservation and protection of people's rights, including indigenous peoples," he continued.

Ingkong explained that the Draft Perda RTRW 2025-2045 was prepared based on Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning, taking into account the dynamics of regional development, regional potential, and long-term needs of the people of Kaltara.

"The RTRW plan has a number of strategic points including, realizing a safe, comfortable, productive, and sustainable Kaltara area. Then, providing legal certainty for the use of space for the community and the business world," he explained.
