Heavy Law Of Judges Receiving Bribes Of IDR 60 Billion

JAKARTA - The Chairman of the Youth Association of Justice, Dendi Budiman, regretted that the judge accepted a bribe of Rp. 60 billion to free three giant corporations, Wilmar, First Green and Musim Mas.

"People who fully trust the judge in court as a holy justice are actually littered for the sake of money from corporations," said Dendi.

Dendi assessed that the Supreme Court (MA) failed to carry out its supervisory function as mandated in Article 32 of Law Number 14 of 1985 concerning the Supreme Court.

He said the Supreme Court was like being beaten to a pulp by a judge who damaged the integrity of the judiciary.

The judiciary's hope is carried out carefully and fairly by referring to the judicial principles in accordance with Article 4 and Article 10 of the Basic Power Provisions Act Number 14 of 1970, all of which collapsed due to the actions of rogue judges who pawned justice for Rp. 60 billion.

Meanwhile, the supervisory function that should have been carried out by the Supreme Court seemed invisible.

On the other hand, it is clear that the mafias are nested in the judiciary.

Dendi emphasized that the Justice Youth Association did not come to ask for mercy, but to save justice from the hands of its own guards.

The free verdict that can be purchased is a form of murder against justice.

Dendy emphasized that uniformed officials, who claimed to be legal experts and nested in the institution, had betrayed the people's hopes and justice in this country.

A judge's bribe of Rp. 60 billion is proof that the law has been broken, the judiciary is a toy material and justice is traded, so the total cleaning of the legal mafia in the Supreme Court is urgent.

"The Supreme Court needs to improve and purify itself to improve the good image of law enforcement in this country. When the Supreme Court fails to become light, then the legal darkness will swallow the entire nation," he said.
