Inter-Resident Brawls In Cengkareng, As A Result, One Person Died

JAKARTA - A man with the initials SJ was declared dead after being a victim of a brawl on Jalan Kapuk Raya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Saturday, April 19, at 02.30 WIB.

"It is true that a brawl occurred which resulted in one victim's death," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi in his statement, Sunday, April 20.

Ade Ary explained that the chronology of the incident began when the victim was gathering with his friends near the scene in Jahe Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

Suddenly the victim and his friends were attacked by the Kapuk Milling Village group. As a result, there were clashes between residents.

The victim, who was involved in the brawl, was crushed. As a result, the perpetrator used it to attack the victim indiscriminately. After that left the scene.

"The victim suffered stab wounds to the left palm, left back and right shoulder," said Ade Ary.

The victim was then taken to the hospital for medical treatment. But unfortunately, the victim could not be saved or died.

Meanwhile, the victim's family left it to the police for further action.

"The case is handled by the Cengkareng Sektro," he concluded.
