Former Ukrainian Commander Confirms Report On Western State Secret Coordination Center

JAKARTA - Former Ukrainian Military Commander General Valery Zaluzhny confirmed that a secret headquarters was established in Wiesbaden, Germany in 2022 for Western countries to assist Kiev in planning military operations against Russia.

"A lot was talked about last week's Wiesbaden. The headquarters has indeed become a secret weapon for us and our partners in terms of planning operations and ensuring its implementation," General Zaluzhny wrote on Facebook.

General Zaluzhny further explained that the coordination center, which was originally established at the headquarters of the United States European Command in Stuttgart, was then transferred to Wiesbaden.

"The headquarters are where the operations are planned, war simulations are being held, and the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces are being evaluated to deliver relevant information to Washington and the European capital," he said.

However, he did not provide further details on operating planning, including disagreements that surfaced between him and America, particularly during the failed Ukrainian attacks in 2023.

Previously, The New York Times reported that the United States had been deeply involved in the conflict in Ukraine than Washington acknowledged. According to the newspaper, the United States gives the coordinates of Russia's position to the Kiev authorities from its base in Wiesbaden every day.

In addition, in 2022, the US will really check and control all attacks carried out with the HIMARS double rocket launcher. In the same year, the US Navy began sharing intelligence with Ukraine for attacks on Russian ships in the Black Sea, the newspaper added.

The New York Times shows that in the fall of 2022 and January 2024, the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is actively coordinating with Kyiv in connection with the attacks on Crimea, and by 2024, the US military has begun assisting Kyiv in carrying out attacks on targets within Russia.
