TANGERANG - A total of 78 children at the Class I Tangerang Special Child Development Institution (LPKA) received remission for Eid al-Fitr 2025.
The head of the Tangerang Class I LPKA, Rahni, said that of the 78 children who received remission at the Tangerang LPKA, two of them were declared free.
"There are a total of 78 recipients (remissions). There are 2 RK I 76 (children) and RK II," said Rahni when confirmed, Sunday, March 30.
RK I is a reduction in certain criminal periods and prisoners must continue to serve their sentences in prison.
Meanwhile, RK II is a reduction in the criminal period that immediately released the prisoner after receiving remission.
Rahni explained that the remission given to dozens of children in different places.
"There were 47 people who were given 15 days remission. Meanwhile, 31 people were given 1 month," he concluded.
