JAKARTA - PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) has eliminated waiting times between trains or special headways which are usually applied during peak hours during the Lebaran 1446 H holiday period from March 28 to April 7, 2025.
On weekdays, specifically for peak hours at 07.00-09.00 WIB and 17.00-19.00 WIB, the headway lasts for 5 minutes. During the Lebaran holiday, the entire train hewadway lasted 10 minutes.
"The operational pattern in effect is a normal train travel chart (gagakaka) on weekends or holidays, which is 05.00 a.m. 02.00 a.m. local time with an interval for departures between trains every 10 minutes," said Corporate Secretary Division Head of PT MRT Jakarta Ahmad Pratomo in his statement, Sunday, March 30.
Pratomo said, all 13 stations will be opened according to these operating hours. MRT Jakarta has prepared 219 numbers of train trips and seven series of trains to serve the community.
In addition, MRT Jakarta will continue to operate to serve the community on the D-Day of Eid al-Fitr. All stations are also opened with services as usual.
