Man Caught Stealing Mixue Employee Motorcycle In Koja, North Jakarta

JAKARTA - A man named Aldi Nurmansyah (26) was arrested by residents after being caught stealing a motorbike belonging to a Mixue employee on Jalan Cipeucang V, Rawa Badak Utara, Koja, North Jakarta, on Sunday, March 16, 2025. The other three perpetrators, namely Riswan, Nurfadilah, and Lang-lang, are still being chased by the police.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police, AKP Alex Candra, confirmed that one perpetrator had been secured by residents and handed over to the police. "It's true, one perpetrator was arrested. And three more are still being chased," said AKP Alex Candra when confirmed on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Incident Chronology

According to police statement, the incident began when the victim named Ari Sandi (26) parked his motorbike in the Mixue parking lot, where he worked. After parking the vehicle, Ari continued his activities as usual in the shop.

However, when Ari was about to open the shop's rolling door, he saw someone trying to get away with his motorbike. Without thinking, Ari immediately chased the perpetrator and managed to knock him off the road.

The chase caused the two of them to fall together in the middle of the road. A fight broke out, but local residents who saw the incident immediately stopped the fight and helped Ari secure the perpetrator.

"The perpetrator fell onto the road with the victim, then the residents who were passing by stopped to help the victim who was fighting," explained AKP Alex Candra.

The perpetrator Aldi Nurmansyah was then taken to the Koja Police to undergo further investigation. Meanwhile, the police are still trying to catch up with three other perpetrators who managed to escape from the scene.

"We from the police will continue to pursue the perpetrators who are still at large. We also urge the public to be vigilant and report if they see the whereabouts of the perpetrators," added AKP Alex Candra.
