JAKARTA - The son of the boss (owner) of car rental Ilyas Abdurrahman, namely Agam Muhammad Nasrudin and Rizky Agam Syahputra, felt that the memorandum of defense (pleidoi) submitted by the defendant members of the Indonesian Navy (AL) cornered the victim.

"We have heard the plea or defense of the defendant. It is very offensive regarding our efforts to take the car," said Rizky Agam after the pleidoi reader's agenda hearing at the Jakarta Military Court II-08 Jakarta, Monday, March 17, reported by ANTARA.

Rizky said the apology submitted by the defendant in the trial was only to lighten his sentence.

"Then, the apology that is always made by the defendant while crying seems only for efforts to lighten the defendant's law and is afraid to be dismissed from the TNI institution," said Rizky.

In addition, Rizky hopes that the defendants will receive the fairest punishment as stated in the demands made by the military oditur on Monday (10/3).

"Yes, we are still in accordance with the demands of the military apparatus. God willing, I will leave everything to God Almighty. From us, we hope that it is in accordance with the charges he has made," said Rizky.

In addition, Rizky responded to the defendant's request not to be stopped from the Indonesian Navy. According to Rizky, the defendant must be able to accept the consequences for what the defendant has done.

"Yes, it was from the TNI commander himself who said from the start if it was proven guilty that he would be punished and fired from the TNI service," said Rizky.

Meanwhile, Agam said that the defendant carried out the shooting as an attempt to escape, not defend himself. So that the defendant deserves the fairest punishment according to his actions.

"So at the time at KM45 they tried to escape the crimes they committed not to defend themselves, it needs to be underlined that the defendant has, indeed to buy a fake car," said Agam.

Regarding the compensation provided by the defendant, said Agam, the family is ready to return the money if the compensation is deemed to ease the defendant's sentence.

"So for example, that's compensation money from the unit. We from the family are in accordance with the demands of the military oditur, if later we will make it easier, we will return it," said Agam.

The defendant, a member of the Indonesian Navy (AL) in the case of shooting the car rental boss at the KM45 rest area, the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road asked the Jakarta Military Court II-08 to give acquittal for innocence in committing a criminal act as charged and charged.

The defendant, one on behalf of the Head of Classi (KLK) Bambang Apri Atmojo, paid restitution to the family of the late Ilyas Abdurrahman (rental boss) amounting to Rp209.6 million, while to Ramli's brother, the injured victim was Rp146.4 million.

The second defendant, Sergeant Satu Akbar Adli, was charged with paying restitution of Rp. 147 million to the family of the late Ilyas Abdurrahman and Ramli's family amounting to Rp. 73 million.

Meanwhile, the third defendant, First Sergeant Rafsin Hermawan, was required to pay restitution to Ilyas Abdurrahman's family in the amount of Rp. 147 million and Ramli's family in the amount of Rp. 73 million, subsidiary to three months in prison.
