Former Ngada Police Chief Will Undergo KKEP Trial Today

The former Ngada Police Chief is known to be involved in cases of alleged child abuse and narcotics.

"The National Police's Division of Propam will conduct a code of ethics trial against suspected violators, which is planned for Monday, March 17, 2025," said Karo Wabprof Brigadier General Agus Wijayanto to reporters, Thursday, March 13.

In the internal judicial process, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman was charged with multiple articles that fall into the heavy category. However, that is not enough because investigators added it with other articles.

The article added is Government Regulation (PP) which relates to the rules for the dismissal of a member of the National Police.

"We will play PP 1 in 2003 regarding the dismissal of Polri members," said Agus.

In addition, the Commissioner of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas), Choirul Anam, said that from the information obtained, the KKEP trial for the alleged violation of AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaj will be held this morning.

"At around 9 o'clock (implementation of the trial). I'll be there later," said Anam.

AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman, dinyatakan mencabuli empat perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan, tiga di antaranya merupakan anak di bawah umur.

"Ditemukan fakta bahwa FLS telah melakukan pelecehan seksual dengan anak di bawah umur sebanyak tiga orang dan satu orang usia dewasa," ujar Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko.

Untuk tiga anak yang dicabuli AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman masih berusia 6, 13 dan 16 tahun. Sedangkan untuk satu lainnya disebut telah berusia 20 tahun berinisial EHDR.
