"Various facilities and infrastructure to support the smooth flow of Lebaran 2025 homecoming have been prepared. A total of four ports in South Lampung will be operated to serve travelers," Helmy said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, March 14.

He revealed that the addition of this port aims to optimize crossing services during the homecoming season.

"From the results of our meeting with several parties to prepare for this year's homecoming, four ports have been prepared in South Lampung, namely Bakauheni Port, BBJ Port, Wika Port, and PT SMA Port," he also said.

In addition, he continued, various facilities at Bakauheni Port have also been prepared to improve the comfort of travelers.

"We have provided special lanes for motorists, monitoring posts, and added ticket facilities at the Expo Sports Center which function as buffer zones, then there are other facilities," he added.

In terms of security, his party through the Lampung Regional Police will provide security guarantees to travelers by increasing security patrols on crossings to escorts.

"Of course we have made various preparations, later also in securing the route according to the direction of the Minister of Home Affairs yesterday, security patrols will be improved. We want to provide the best service for people who go home this year," continued Helmy Santika.
