BENGKULU - The Mukomuko District Satpol PP Office, has repatriated five workers or therapists at three massage parlor businesses that violated the rules regarding the prohibition of carrying out activities during the month of Ramadan 1446 Hijri.

"The five massage parlor workers came from outside this area, then they were sent back to their respective places of origin," said Head of the Mukomuko District Satpol PP Office Jodi in Mukomuko, Friday, March 14, confiscated by Antara.

The Mukomuko Regency Government through the Satpol PP Office previously issued policies and regulations to stop the activities of massage parlor businesses during the month of Ramadan this year.

After that, Satpol PP personnel conducted raids to ensure that as many as 11 massage parlor businesses in Air Punggur, Koto Jaya Village, Mukomuko City District did not carry out activities during Ramadan.

From the raid, he said, of the 11 massage parlor businesses in this area, three massage parlors were found that violated the rules for carrying out massage activities.

In addition, he said, Satpol PP personnel also secured five workers who were conducting massage activities for their customers during the day at the massage parlor business.

Regarding the repatriation of five massage parlor workers who did not come from this area, he said, his personnel who escorted him to ensure that these workers actually returned from this area to their respective places of origin.

Furthermore, he warned, both the owners of massage parlors and their workers should not repeat their mistakes in carrying out massage activities during the month of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, local governments prohibit massage parlors from carrying out activities during the month of Ramadan in order to respect residents who perform fasting.

In addition, he said, to anticipate the potential for commotion because massage parlors are still operating during the month of Ramadan.
