The Attorney General's Office Admits That It Has Examined 120 Witnesses Investigating Cases Of Crude Oil Governance

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) said it had examined hundreds of witnesses in the investigation into the alleged corruption case of crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and contractor cooperation contracts (KKKS) in 2018-2023.

"To this day there are more than 120 people. If we look at this, the year is 2018'2023, and indeed there are many people who have to be questioned regarding that," said Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) at the AGO Harli Siregar in Jakarta, Friday, March 14, quoted by Antara.

When the media crew asked whether the names of former President Director (Director) of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati and former President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Alfian Nasution were included in the hundreds of witnesses, Harli denied it.

"Until now, not yet," he said.

However, said Kapuspenkum, it is possible that the two people could be questioned.

"When, for example, investigators conclude that there are needs that still need to be needed, it is also possible to be summoned again, including to any parties related to this incident, whether the board of directors, whether the board of commissioners, and so on," he explained.

He said that currently investigators are focusing on asking for information from related parties quickly.

"So that we hope that this case can be filed more quickly, and can be submitted to the court," he said.

The AGO on Thursday, March 13, examined Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or Ahok as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) for the 2019-2024 period as a witness for this case.

In the case of corruption in the management of crude oil and refinery products, the AGO has named nine suspects in the case of alleged corruption in crude oil management and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023, namely Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional.

Next Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central and Commercial Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

Another suspect, Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
