BANTEN Police Banten revealed the alleged reduction in the dose of Minya Kita cooking oil in a warehouse in Rajeg, Tangerang Regency. Banten Police Chief, Inspector General of Police Suyudi Ario Seto, stated that the total oil suspected of having decreased volume reached 13 tons.
"From the results of the investigation in the Banten area, we found around 13 tons of Minya Kita whose volume is suspected to be reduced. Currently, the team from the Crime Directorate of the Banten Police is investigating this case," said Inspector General Suyudi when met at the Rau Main Market, Serang City, on Wednesday, March 12.
He also revealed that a number of traders and retailers had been named as suspects. The police will continue to investigate whether any companies are involved in this fraudulent practice.
